Tubezzle ("we", "us", "our", or "the App") is a color-sorting puzzle game developed and operated by the Tubezzle team. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use Tubezzle on Android, iOS, or any other supported platform.

By using Tubezzle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Level progress, stars earned, and best move counts
• Coin balance and in-app purchase records
• Game preferences (sound, language, name)
• Session statistics (total play time, streak)

2.2 Anonymous Analytics Data

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the App. This data is collected anonymously and includes:

• Levels attempted, completed, and failed
• Average session duration and frequency
• Device type, operating system version, and language
• Country (derived from IP, not precise location)
• App version and crash reports

This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to improve the App.

2.3 Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix bugs. Crash reports include:

• Stack traces of errors
• Device model and OS version
• App state at the time of crash

2.4 Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
• Network information
• Ad interaction data

You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads

2.5 In-App Purchases

Payments for premium content are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase records are validated through the respective platform and stored only as a flag indicating which products you own.

• Precise location (GPS)
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Financial or payment card information
• Health, biometric, or sensitive personal data

Tubezzle is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at jevnetstudio@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

6. GDPR Rights (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right to access: Request a copy of your data
• Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Right to object: Opt out of analytics and personalized ads
• Right to data portability: Export your data

7. CCPA Rights (California Users)

Residents of California have the right to request information about data collection and to request deletion of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information to third parties.

8. Data Retention

• Local data: Retained until you uninstall the App or reset progress.
• Analytics: Retained by Google for up to 14 months, then anonymized further.
• Crash reports: Retained by Google for 90 days.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure storage on Firebase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
